Seller of record
Products sold by fitnessgym.jp are sold by the platform operator. Marketplace products are sold by each seller, and required seller disclosures appear on the seller page.
Marketplace sales
Gym operators and brands can list products after review, seller information registration, and Stripe Connect onboarding. Orders, shipping, and return handling are managed per seller.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must keep product data, stock, price, shipping terms, return terms, legal disclosures, and customer replies accurate. Products may be hidden, rejected, or removed when required information is missing or unsafe.
Prohibited products
Sellers may not list illegal goods, unsafe supplements, medical claims, counterfeit goods, regulated products without required approval, misleading subscriptions, or items unrelated to fitness, wellness, training, recovery, gym operations, or events.
Returns and cancellation
Unshipped orders can be cancelled or submitted for refund review from order history. Returns after shipment follow the product and seller return policy.
Shipping
Carrier, tracking number, and shipment progress are managed per order group. Shipping fees and delivery terms vary by product, seller, and destination.
Event listings
Event organizers are responsible for accurate schedules, capacity, cancellation policy, participant instructions, and follow-up. fitnessgym.jp may review, reject, archive, or request changes before public listing.
Affiliate notice
Some product links are affiliate links to external shops. Purchase terms, shipping, returns, and payment on external sites follow the linked shop's terms.
